There’s no fixed response time to promise, and no ticket number or live chat — email is read and handled as it comes in. MeReadALot is not a publisher, a bookseller, or a reading app, and it is not affiliated with any retailer; the tools produce general estimates to help you plan your reading, not professional advice about reading ability or learning.

Before writing in about a tool result, it can help to double-check what you entered — whether you chose word count or page count, the words-per-page figure, and the time or speed fields are the most common source of a surprising answer. If it still looks wrong after that, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
